As part of our Tenant Rewards Program, One Roof has started as of June 2024 a monthly raffle of a $50 gift card.

 

If you're a tenant at one of the properties we manage, all you have to do to enter the raffle is pay rent in full by the 5th of every month and have no previous outstanding balances and you'll automatically be entering in that month's raffle.
